would anyone wanna buy an adwords voucher?

I’ve got this adwords voucher of Rs.1500 and as I don’t have an adwords account, I want to give it away to someone. My question is can I sell it?
If yes, I was planning to give it away at Rs.300 to Rs.500. If this is too less, plz suggest me a better price..
