(I never had a down time yet). For me, they have a basic plan, $9.95 a month with basically unlimited bandwidth and space and many emails. there control panel is a sure fire sell, best I have ever seen. They go up from there, to dedicated, ecommerce, etc. I am very happy with them, give them a look over.
