Where can I buy, or what is the right keyword to find a “tracking device” (emiter and finder)?

I’m trying to find the name of a spying device often shown in movies. The device consist of a small emitter (hidden in a suitcase full of money for instance) and a device used for tracking. Usually go "beep – beep" faster and faster as you get closer to the emitter or point in the right direction.
