Is there any great free hosting service where i can get lots of features link script installer for CMS like Joomla 1.5, pop3 smtp email accounts, php, ftp, sufficient web space. over all it should be the best one among all the free web hosting solutions. plz dont send unnecessary answers like "I dunno", "thats not possible" or like tht. thanks i advance guys

x10hosting is the best I have tried. Definitely worth a look – Lots of space and no ads if you want (still free).
Free webhosting is not stable. You may face on data lost, privacy problem with freehostings.
Most free web hosts explicitly forbid running torrents or any other high bandwidth applications. Many paid hosts also have the same limitations.
It is very possible that the the ports that torrents use are blocked.
I use hostlgator and it is cheap but stabale hosting . 6.9/month
