Probably not, as you have unrealistic expectations for a person with a $0 budget. There is no way to get a free domain name. Period. A domain is an example of something that "someone" has to pay for, if not you, then someone else. It would literally take millions and millions in order for a company to give out free domains, along with free hosting on top of that. And obviously no individual would want to buy a domain name for a stranger. There are sites that offer free domain hosting, but of course it will not be as reliable as paid hosting and you will probably not get the amount of space you want. Not to mention, with all free things, you would probably be with the same host for a short period of time. The main reason for this is the company probably would not be around forever, since it's free. And that's the problem with free stuff. It's never permanent. So you may ask yourself, "Ok, so how can I get a domain name without paying for it?" Since there are no free domain names, and you are probably a teenager, your only viable option is to ask your parents and relatives to buy you a domain name and a hosting package. Use every holiday to your advantage. Your birthday. Christmas. Arbor Day. Heck, make up a holiday if you need to. If that does not work, then I would suggest you to wait until you can buy a domain and hosting on your own. If you can not wait, then I do not know what to suggest. You can't get a free domain name. No one wants to buy you one. You don't want to be on a freeserver. The only thing I can suggest is for you to not make a website, if you have so many restrictions. And not to mention, because there are no free domains, and you will probably not be satisfied with free hosting, I don't see you getting a domain name and a hosting package, unless your parents or relatives buys them for you, so you might as well wait, right?
