What should I do when my XV6700 PPC says Verzion when you plug it in and then it goes white?

   Where did you get this phone from? Verizon hasn’t sold it for quite some time now. Call customer service, in the event that the phone is under warranty, they will replace it at no cost to you. I’d return it if you just bought it.
