What PPC or PPA strategy would you like to see in search engines?

I'm interested to know what Google/Yahoo and other advertising programs don't offer that they should. PPC is supporting fraudulent activity but PPA is difficult to measure, or is it?

    Like PPC ads, PPA ads will likely be ranked by profitability to Google. … If you are a smaller advertiser. I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you that Google Money Pro book is the – BEST – information I have ever read on setting up an PPC or PPA strategy ! I have bough a ton of crap about internet marketing with Google and your information is by far the most concise, realistic, and best explanation on using Google I have every seen!
