yahoo lol, itz the most stable and itz cheap too. cheaper websites are alwayz not stable and it endanger you of losing your web site all the time. so, yahoo is the best lol

I vote for yahoo too for the entire package, although small ISPs are OK too these days. If you want to have your friends or acquaitences host your content but only want to get a domain somewhere else, GoDaddy is the cheapest. But their service for content hosting is not that great.

I also use Hasweb which so far has afforded me 95% uptime, http://www.hasweb.com/ either of these hosts are excellent, I wouldn’t go anywhwere else. That is if you are looking to build a true website (and not a bloglike page).
