What is the best web hosting company?

I would like to get started making money on the internet. I need a good web host with a good foundation. Any Suggestions?

    1) it’s cheap
    2) it’s reliable
    3) it was quick to buy and get my site up and running
    4) great customer service
    5) it comes with wordpress and a bunch of email accounts
