I recommend one of these http://www.webhostingtable.com
Fatcow has the best offer right now.
Their standard price is $88/year
but they have the 50% sale right now.
Disk space: Unlimited
Bandwidth: Unlimited
A Free domain name
Unlimited domains and subdomains
Price: $44/year
They’re one of the oldest hosting companies, founded 1998, they’re also one of the largest, currently hosting about 500,000 websites.
Their hosting plan includes a web builder, so you can create your site just by drag and drop (without any programming), or you could install Wordpress (easy, one click install from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.
I like Host Monster. Cheap and reliable. On top of that, a lot of flexibility.
Try http://www.brinkster.net

there are many web hosts available and even some web hosting includes site builder or publishing platform in the hosting package.
from my experience SBI is simply the best …
find much more info in the article below.
I think hostgator is the best. I use it and host 9 websites on it. There is even a site called hostgatoristhebest.com lol
I had tried Namezero, Bluehost, Hostmonster etc before switching to the awesome HostGator shared hosting. Maximum server uptime among the rest and superb customer support – even over chat.
By the way, I am offering FREE hostgator hosting during this Thanks giving month for all. Read my post for details. You may get up to 1 year FREE.
Belac77 Web Hosting is great for personal sites starts at less then $5 a month and they offer a FREE domain name!!!
Belac77.com
Well , there is hostgator , google host yahoo and godaddy.
But the most recommended and best web host so far is http://www.NetworkJuiceHosting.com ; Network Juice.
They now offer plans starting around $0.99/mo for a great amount of diskspace plus everything else unlimited. Plus they’ve manage to keep up 99% Uptime.
They have all features such as PHP5, java ,Cpanel , Fantastico ( allows you to auto install Blogging systems and CMS portals without wasting time) , Cron Job , Apache ,Unlimited Dadabase , ftp accounts and much more. Basically EVERYTHING! is supported.
There are other affordable plans as well in NetworkJuiceHosting.com.
Hostgator.com is also a great host , but there Uptime time is not so good. Also , customer service is very poor , Not to many features are supported.
Google.com not so sure , But i know there’s lots of files they do not support , no Cpanel , and i don’t know how come , but they have been receiving downtimes lately in their host servers.
yahoo , let me just say it’s the worst web host ever ,you can’t even host the amount of domains you want to host . Including FatCow.com. The downtime is way to much , and many files are un-compatible in fatcow for some reason.
To buy a domain , the most recommended site is godaddy , but not for it’s hosting!! I Tell you !!!.
For a Great Affordable web host with maximum features , the most recommended web host is http://www.NetworkJuiceHosting.com . ; Network Juice Hosting.
You are getting your answers from an expert , and yes I have tried all these web host.
That’s all I got to say mate

Hi,
I would recommend "Web Hosting Pad" because it’s very cheap and reliable. Their support service is awesome. This company offers site building tools, application vault, web mail, antivirus, Php, MysQL ,e-commerce and hosts unlimited websites in one plan. Don’t go for free web hosting. They are not reliable. Check it out here :

I say FatCow for cheap prices, good support and very reliable service. Fatcow also has coupons to save money on your web hosting. You can get fatcow coupons here

You can use http://www.bestvaluewebhosting.esuperfind.com?id=m3y227 they can be real cheap for a starter site but you can move up to a $5 a month package when your site grows.
They will also give you a free domain.
I suggest you also check My Webbie Hosting. Their cheapest plan costs only $3.95/month. They also guarantee 24/7 customer support, 99.9% uptime, and 30-day money back guarantee.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

http://couponsearchsite.com/10-moopon-for-the-original-88-fatcow-only-44-per-year-50-off/
I use them right now for one website and so far I am very pleased with the results and how they run, the cPanel is very cute and support team is being polite and helpful. You can’t go wrong with such a deal.
Other hosts would be more expensive, however there is also http://www.Dreamhost.com — they are more pricey but use this coupon to get 50$ or 97$ off — DREAMHOST97SAVE (I don’t remember, I signed up back in 2005, however the coupon still works.
Hope this helps.
