I was comparing prices from different website hosting companies and I was so confused because they were using computer language that I didn’t know anything about like ssh access, cgi, etc. I would appreciate some feedback on what web host I should choose.

Friends I am planning to open a website. I found lots of hosting companies on net. But, I need one best company which can offer me enough space at good price( Not cheap just formidable one), With enough facilities to run a entartainment site, also it should have 24*7 customer support.
