If a website has a lot of traffic, does that raise its natural search rankings?

May 15 2011 Published by eranio under adwords

I’m about to launch a site and need to attract attention. I figure either google adwords or facebook ads would be a great start, but it is a site that people will keep returning to because it is a records keeping site that people will keep returning to. I don’t want to stay on google adwords too long because I’ll be paying every time someone returns to my site after registering. At the same time I do want to be high in search rankings.

Could I start out with google adwords and build myself up to natural search rankings as I get a large following? I know you can buy seo services, but I’m trying to save $.

any ideas?

Can I buy SEO & does it work?

Feb 23 2011 Published by eranio under adwords

Hi there. I have a social networking website but I seriously need intense website traffic. As it stands, business is slow & I have tried everything like joining forums, other social networking sites, writing articles, blogs, opt in emails, google adwords, creating links & backlinks everything & yet, traffic is very slow.
So, im beginning to think that SEO is the best way forward. Are there any legit companies that does SEO for you, I don’t care about the costs. I just simply want traffic fast. Also, if there is anything that I haven’t mentioned that will get traffic to my site please say so.

Many thanks

Adam

JOHN DOE

Objective

I am currently seeking a full-time or part-time job with hours ranging 20-40+ hours a week.

Education
Fond du Lac High School Fond du Lac, Wi 52935
Graduated 2007, High School Diploma

Work Experience
The last four years I have been making income through online affiliate advertising on small websites, blogs, and Google Adwords using widgets and other advertising tools. When a potential customer clicks on that widget they then are redirected to the businesses website in which im promoting. When that individual converts to a customer and purchases off that website, I receive a small percentage of the companies profit. I do this for hundreds of companies to increase my potential income. I use Google Adworks in which I bid on keywords involving my affiliates products and services and they show up according to what an individual searches on Google. Every time that person clicks on my advertisement and goes to the website, I get charged per click, but my rating on my ad goes up and will now be shown more. When the person clicks the ad they are directed to my affiliates web page and are more likely to become a customer, bringing business to my affiliate and potentially earning me more money. A lot of my affiliates are small business that i get off of a website called Clickbank.com. Others I went out and found. If you look at most websites on the bottom where it says "contact us" and "careers" you’ll also see "affiliate program". Its a great source of income if you enjoy working from home.

Skills
I am a very friendly person and i enjoy interacting with people. I am hard worker and am great when i comes to improvising and problem solving. I’m very result oriented, if something comes out poor, i strive to figure out my flaws and make way for improvements. I take pride in my work and anything that has my name on it. I am also extremely good with computers using Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I am a self starter and a quick learner. I’ve taught numerous friends how to make income working from home. I’m outstanding with numbers, i can do math rapidly in my head with an accurate outcome. I am great with money management, i have lived on my own paying rent and bills since i was 18 using the income i make online. I am very good at following written and verbal instructions and figuring out how things work.

Goals
Going back to school to get a degree in business management and marketing.
Starting my own business within the next 5 years.
Start a class online teaching people how to work from home using affiliate advertising.
Buy and sell real estate for profit (10 year plan)

I KNOW THIS ISN’T IN RESUME FORMAT BUT I COULDN’T UPLOAD IT ON HERE. THE REAL QUESTION IS, IS IT A GOOD RESUME FOR SOMEONE WHO’S NEVER WORKED AT A REAL JOB, ALSO A LOT OF RESUMES HAVE BULLETS FOR WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS, IS IT BAD THAT I PUT IT IN PARAGRAPH FORM?

Why cant I succeed at anything?

Dec 05 2009 Published by eranio under adwords

I have so many things I’d like to do, I have two businesses I’m trying to run right now but I cant get them off the ground. One is a distributorship for Himalayan Goji juice (of which I’m a total believer and am very adamant about telling people about it) but I can’t get anyone to buy it. It seems like people don’t believe me. I even started a google adwords account but no one goes to my website.
My other (side) business is making cashmere accessories and selling them, but I never get any sales. I have a real fear of success, I think. I want them to work out and be successful, but it seems like every time I try and sell something, I say something stupid and then people don’t believe me. I am starting to feel like such a loser because I’ve tried to start ten businesses in my life (im 23, young, I know) and none of them work. Why do some people have success right away and others can’t at all? I’m really sad about this. It’s ruining my life plans. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please Help! I can’t click on my Adwords Ad?

Nov 03 2009 Published by eranio under adwords

My Google Adwords campaign was just activated. I don’t have a website, but I use the "Business Page" as a landing page when customers click on my ads. The problem is why everytime I try to click on one of my ads, it says "website not found" or error? What is going on? Do I have to buy a domain name or something? Did Google assign me a URL? Can other people see the ad if they click it, or maybe something is not right with my settings? Please Help and thank you so much!

Pay per Click and Google AdWords?

Jul 20 2009 Published by eranio under google pay per click

I am considering using a PPC (Pay per click) affiliate program and Google AdWords in order to generate a new income.

Basically… Get paid each time a customer clicks a link, but then pay Google AdWords for advertising it in the sponsored listings…

If the amount I am paying for the google AdWords is less than the amount I get paid by the PPC (Pay per Click) service… Then its a Win / Win situation.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any legislation or terms and conditions that prevent me from doing so?

Many Thanks.

Smokey

Google bid tool

May 28 2009 Published by eranio under Online Promotion

Google bid tool

Many people using Google adwords or the Google Adword software have been long searching for a tool that will enable them to bid a reasonable price for their Adwords. There were some indications to that price you could have obtained through certain software tools, but they all cost money, and there was no free option. But this has changed. Google has indeed come up with a free tool, named Traffic Estimator, aimed at Google adwords advertisers.

This tool, found on the following URL : https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox
This tool enables you to enter keywords or expressions in a dedicated filed, choose a currency and the maximum cost per click estimate, select the targeting (by language and by location targeting), and then choose from a list of available countries and territories for which you would like the tool to search. However the neat feature in this too, is that Google bid tool gives you an option to leave the maximum cost per click field blank, and it fills it in based on Google’s suggested maximum cost per click! This definitely can give an advertiser an idea as to the possible bid, or rather the scope of it. But you should note that Google specifically write a reservation, claiming that “Suggested value should deliver ads in the top position 85% of the time.”. So this is not a 100% forecast.

When pushing the button after feeling in all the required fields, Google displays the results, including – among other things- estimated average cost per click scope of prices. The maximum cost per click is also indicated. Therefore this Traffic Estimator serves as a rather good Google bid tool.

Google advertising revenue

May 10 2009 Published by eranio under PPC, pay per click

Google advertising revenue

One can learn a lot from the Google advertising revenue, this company which made billions of dollars and is on its way to control the world of information online started from a very basic model – gathering cent to cent from billions of people who want to advertise online. Their model is very simillar to the model which Obama used in his campaign, collecting over $40 million dollars that more than 90% of them came from people who donated less than a $100 each. It just comes to show that the power is with the masses and that you can succeed in a larger scale if you go out to earn a bit from many people than a lot from a few people. Just think of it for a bit and then you’ll understand the genius tactic that lead to the enormus Google advertising revenue which is mostly based on earning money online with pay per click and each click is realetivly cheap.

Google Keyword Selector Tool

Google Keyword Selector Tool

It doesn’t matter if you are into Pay Per Click, Search engine optimization or booth in the end it all comes down to Key words and if you need good key words those that have both the volume and the weak competition then you need the Google Keyword Selector Tool. Its true that the Google Keyword Selector Tool isnt so accurate but its free and it gives you the right direction in most cases. There are tools that take the Google tool and add a lot of features to it like a more detailed discovery keyword tool, spying on your competitors, building a PPC campaign in 1 minute and giving you some great SEO information. One of the best tools is Jon’s tool that you can check it out here. Jon explains in the video everything about this awesome tool and I for sure am using it almost on a daily basis. I think that these kinds of tools are a must for every pro or wanna be pro in the internet marketing industry.

Yahoo pay per click

Feb 24 2008 Published by eranio under PPC, Yahoo pay per click, pay per click

Yahoo pay per click

Yahoo pay per click (also known as Yahoo search marketing) is one of the leading Pay Per Click Networks available to advertisers. Prior to Google Adwords, Yahoo pay per click was the leading pay per click engine. The Yahoo ppc Network allows you to advertise on sites like:

  • Yahoo!
  • AltaVista
  • CNN
  • InfoSpace

If you are not using Yahoo pay per click you are missing out on a great audience of costumers, on some niches the costumers that you can get on Yahoo will buy much better than those on Google.
