I think they are basically forcing business to use their Adwords which is also a rip off because it doesn’t get the results you need and there’s a lot of click fraud which suits Yahoo just fine because it means more money for them. Yahoo has always been inferior to Google and I hope they go bankrupt at some point or get bought out by Google. You sucks — Boycott YAHOO!

Now, I am not sure what to have in the place of "xxxx"?

There is nothing specific I plan to do under this business name, I will be doing all my small business transactions under this name ..

Google adwords charges more or less by popularity of a keyword. But isn’t it true that only pepsi can buy pepsi adwords? All the sudden now it makes it not popular, as there’s only 1 bidder for that keyword. So how does that impact the cost per click then? Is the cpc next to nothing? If not, what’s the justification, as there’s no competing bids? I appreciate a sound answer to this, thanks.
PS: I’m not asking because I’m going to run ads. I’m curious about it from another perspective.
derr I know what the point of a campaign is. all I wanted to know was, if only the organization can buy ads for a certain keyword, then does that make the price down to a few pennies. I swear, people on yahoo answers simply can’t answer the questions. They always gotta try to figure out why you’re asking and answer a different question I didn’t ask.

I’m trying adwords with google to make extra money not a lot just a little extra. So far they have billed me twice for 29.95 and I cannot get started , what am I doing wrong? They keep charging my account for .95 each month so far 2 months but I am going to cancel if i can not get it going where they are depositing into my account instead of taking out. PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO. I have opened up a new site called SpecialHomeProducts.com, and am now being INUNDATED with all kinds of offers from every direction regarding ways to MARKET this site…everything from selling eBooks, to reselling other’s products, to posting articles on directories and to forums! Can anyone explain what methods are scams and which are not in these areas? For instance, right now, there is a VERY Big following for one called Get Google Ads Free.com, which claims Google Adwords can be used with their "secrets" if you buy their ebook and follow their instructions, and you won’t have to pay the usual pay-per-click rate if you follow their 128 page ebook of how to do so. (You have to pay up front just to get the ebook, first, of course!)

I’m selling some foreign attire on my website. I would like to buy some adwords for say shoes and have it go to a subdirectory such as www.mysite.com/shoes and do the same with other things like say watches would go to www.mysite.com/watches and not go to my www.mysite.com directly. I would have better success if it went straight to the subdirectory. Is this possible does google allow it?
