is there anyway to block my adword ads from appearing in low PR pages ?

I advertise my site with google adwords to bring Targeted Traffic to my website, But the problem is that i get most clicks from low Pagerank websites and the traffic i get isn’t targeted traffic, and most of them leave my site without buying anything…..
so what i wanna know, is there anyway to block my ads from appearing in low pr websites ?
does google adwords system has such a thing ?

No, Google cannot offer this, It would be contradicting their philosophy; truly a Paid For advertisement. You cannot specifiy PR of a hosting site, but it is placed within a site, and or, a page of relevancy. The probability of a visitors intentional landing on a Low Ranking site to begin with, is low So, traveling through the adwords is merely another path for cruising by, not Buy.
i believe most of the click received by adwords ads thru adsense programs are very highly targeted traffic. most probably the ads and landing page are not alike. it is like people have something in their mind but got something else. and one more things people are taking longer time before buying. so many things has been said about online stuff so people are worried.
