Is Beating Adwords real or is it just another online scam?

I am going to start college in a couple of months and want to make a little extra money. I searched a little bit on the web for ways to make money online and i came across this eBook.

Is this just another scam or could this actually be a way to make money on the web? If anyone has bought it, could you tell me what it is all about please.
