How did you advertise effectively when you cannot spell?!! You can not spell accounts with an 's' and you say you contastly which is also misspelled. "I bought bunch of products" is very poor grammar. "before holiday sale season" is bad grammar. AND Google ALWAYS let;s you pay to run ads tomorrow. Go elsewhere to make bogus complaints. YAHOO Answers will not tolerate it. Not even against competitor Web Sites.

I am a bit remiss this question got through.

Hello,

There are a few things you can do to get reinstated.

1. Change your name...and get new credit cards
(I know this sounds drastic, but it is very simple to get a DBA/fictitious Business name and re-open the account with new info (Mail Box, personal info, CC etc)

2. You can hire a SEM to open an account for you and leverage their good credit relationships. You will probably have to pre-pay due to the previous issues with Google.

3. Get a Lawyer...really, Google is a big company, and most see them as "god like" - but a little pressure to reinstate your account is likely to succeed. Google needs to make $, and if you are true in your facts, looks like you have a valid grievance.

The whole thing boils down to one simple issue - did you have multiple accounts to violate editorial rules to have duplicate listings for a specific keyword set. This is what people are usually "banned" for. I.e.: open 3-4 AdWords accounts and bid on the same keyword, that goes to 3-4 different URLs you operate.

I would make sure you weren't perceived as trying this tactic, that is one of the most scrutinized spammer practices around.

Hope this helps...

Best,

You can get any web savvy ad agency to take the campaign over for you under their account. They would bill you and google would bill them. With that size of investment, you should ask about SEO and microsites too. Those strategies will go alot farther than keep paying for clicks. I know of one agency in CT who offers this service. They are called The Worx Group. Check out ( http://www.theworxgroup.com )
