I need some advice, A Ebay buyer from bolivia has left me negitive feedback & threatning to do fraud chargebac?
I was selling google links on ebay.
This is what my auction looked like:

When they win, or buy, i send them this link:

In the auction, i clearly saying they are buying a link, and if google refuses to give them a credit within 10 days, i will refund them.
I said its good for every country in the world.
One buy from bolivia, paid me, i gave him the link, plus the bonuses, and he said, he wanted his money back or else, i said i gave him the link, i told him to sign up, i emailed him again, and offered to sign up for him, and forward the code when i get it, he then gave me bad feedback, saying i am a liar, and threatning to do a chargeback.
How do i get the feedback removed? I kept uip my end of the bargin.
What i think happned, is he didnt not read the auction right, expected a code, not a link, and taking a fit, but i am suffering, b.c he did not read it right.
You are a con.
You list it as “$75 Google Adwords Credit Coupon Voucher” under the category “Gift Certificates.” You do say you are selling a link but you also say “I will email you the voucher link to get your $75 credit in 12 hours or less.” You have falsely represented yourself. You say multiple times “If google refuses credit. I will give you a 100% Full Refund! You have NOTHING to lose!” and “I am the CHEAPEST on ebay for the $75 voucher code.” You SAY MANY TIMES you are selling a voucher code, not a link. Why are you saying they will receive a code when you are selling a link? Like I said, you are a con and will be found at fault. I have heard about these cons before; Ebay will come down on you, the money will be returned the buyer.
You are saying he did not read it “right” yet you have written it in a purposely deceiving manner by falsely representing your product many times. You are the guilty one here.
Write Ebay and send them the information, this is a political section
There is nothing you can do about the negative feedback. I think only Ebay can remove it. What you should do is just wait to see if he files a case against you, and if he does explain to Ebay everything you explained here. They will review the case if it comes to that and side in favor of the person who provides the best evidence for their case. You should block this guy from being able to buy from you in the future so that he causes no more headaches.
