How to success in google adwords campaign?

hi,
does anybody know how to success in google adwords campaign. i did try what have been told in the books that i bought but the result not what i expected.

    Testing, testing, testing is a great tip.

    Also, try finding a Google Adwords ebook by the
    likes of Perry Marshall or Andrew Goodman
    (they sell books on Amazon too).

    Or you could check out the Google Adwords tips
    below.

    Note: succeeding with Adwords is not a matter of
    going to Yahoo! Answers and someone tells you
    the ’secret’. (If it were that easy we’d all be doing
    it.) It’s a matter of learning and putting into action
    what you’ve learnt and learning from that etc.

    There are lots of people wanting to do exactly
    what you’re asking. It’s competitive. Be smart
    and you’ll win. If it’s not working, then find out why
    and change something, anything.

    Quite often the people that succeed with Adwords
    are the people who can put up with it not working
    the longest, because they know that they can
    turn it around eventually.
