Has anyone tried pay per click on google?

like adword…
is it safe..if the privacy is concerned ( of the person)..
do they really pay?
what is the least amount one can earn?

I believe you are talking about Adsense since Adwords is the google advertiser and adsense is the google publisher.
Adsense is safe and they pay because many people are receiving payment from them
It is depend on the click you get (fraud click is not allow). So, you shall have a great content blog/website, and great traffic to earn from them.
