Does anyone know where (besides ebay) I can buy a sprint ppc 6700 for cheap without signing a contract?

    Try a Sprint store. Tell them you just want to buy the phone.

    i’d suggest two places:

    1) http://www.craigslist.org you can post a classified listing for free and this site actually gets a whole lot of people looking to sell phones, out of contract. the san francisco site probably has the broadest selection.

    2) sprint store – they will bargain like you wouldn’t believe
