3 months after quitting his job on August 2004 Mike reads John Reese’s 1 Man report where John Reeseexplains how one man with one product made one million dollars in one day. John presses everyone to follow their dreams and make them come true.
Mike Filsaime takes that advice seriously and on October 3rd 2004 he makes his first $100k month. Later that year Mike Filsaime meets Gary Ambrose and registers the domain ButterflyMarketing.com only to launch it almost a year and a half later.
On January 2005 Mike Filsaime hooks up with Stephen Pierce to make a teleseminar and on March 2005 Mike starts working on his first main event internet marketing seminar which goes live on September 2005 and making Mike one of the leading mentors in the internet marketing industry. During his seminars Mike starts to build the expectation around his butterfly marketing launch.
ButterflyMarketing.com launches on January 31st 2006 and makes Mike Filsaime $1M in sales in 5 days.
