Are there any “hidden fees” with Site Build It?
I am interested in going with Site Build It to start a website. After doing a lot of research in how websites get indexed into Google, Yahoo, Ask, etc, I have found that Site Build It seems to really be a time saver while helping your site get traffic.
However, the price for Site Build It seems pretty steep. It seems to average out to a month. This is not bad, but putting 0 bucks up front for my budget is. My only fear is that there are hidden fees. Do they try to upsell you to anything else promising you will do better? Do you have to put in a lot of money to google adwords to ensure your website will draw traffic? I have seen a lot of blogs and such about site build it that say you have to follow it exactly for it to work.
There are a lot of sites/products that promise a good thing, but fail to mention there are other things you have to buy. I am not looking for anyone giving me the run around then providing me with their link to give them profit.
Its not that I do not want to give someone a profit for their hard work, but for right now I am just wanting to get all of the information I can before I invest my time and money.
I would also like to know how much you can make with this program. I understand it is not a get rich quick. I currently have about 5 blogs that I work with that have affiliates and ad programs and realize that it takes time. I also understand that it depends on what niche you choose.
I am not looking to dig into anyone’s personal life, but feel that at least getting an idea of what I can potentially make per month or per year would be the same as going onto the occupational handbook to look up a job and the potential income. Everytime I have asked the question of what you can make, people have said " I have made the cost of the site plus more"
This does not tell me anything..it could be 9 + . Thanks in advance for the answers.

I purchased Site Build It about three months ago and my site went live at the beginning of March. I am very, very happy with my purchase. I knew nothing about putting up a site, coding, or driving traffic to my site and in the past few years had wasted lots of $$$ trying to learn how to make a successful site. I am only sorry I didn’t find SBI sooner. I have learned more in the past three months than I had in the past two years of searching for info elsewhere.
I am very slow to put up my pages since I work and have three kids involved in activities all over town in addition to this…but even though I only have gotten four pages up in the last six weeks or so, I am already averaging about 22 hits a day through Google referrals based on content only. I have not done any advertising of my site yet at all. I know as my site grows, this will grow too. I have not yet added any monetary links on my site yet either.
I was also very concerned about add-on costs because all of the other programs I had invested in took you to a point where it was very difficult to move forward if you didn’t make some additional kind of investment,…but here there aren’t any. I have not laid out an additional penny on anything. You don’t need to buy into Adwords with SBI to drive the traffic to your site unless you want to. The emphasis is on quality content.
Finally, there is so much support available, again at no additional fee. Every time I need help, I go to either the SiteSell support or the forums and ask a question and I get great assistance. Again something else that was lacking with the other programs I had bought into.

Actually, I’ve seen the amount of things that come with Site-Build-it, and you can rest assured, that the fee you pay in the beginning is all that there is. There’s also, I believe, some sort of guarantee… to the tune of if you don’t like it, or don’t find it useful, or something like that, you have a certain number of days to get your money back.
It’s operated by a place called "Sitesell.com.
I’ve given serious thought to getting their product, but only because when it comes to internet marketing, I’m still practically clueless. I think that you’d be hard pressed to find something cheaper that has all of the features they offer, at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. They also have a wide variety of tutorials and business builder materials that you won’t find anyplace else. I’d say, go for it… if you’re gonna start a business anyway, might as well get it off on the right foot.
